Increasing Accessibility Awareness in Your Organization
There is a growing awareness of how important it is to get Accessibility right. But how do you convey the importance of accessibility to others who aren’t familiar with the disability community – especially executives and other business leaders?
When communicated successfully, you can move the needle on accessibility awareness at your organization. The result is usually a better experience for all your consumers whether or not they have a disability.
During this program we will explore how accessibility at Fidelity Investments evolved from a simple compliance requirement to an opportunity to demonstrate customer obsession. We will explore what worked and what didn’t work. How did business leaders and executives respond if they had never had a conversation about disability inclusion or accessibility in the context of company strategy and customer obsession. We will cover the key points to help you reveal how deep this opportunity is in language that they understand.
If this program is successful you will leave with a menu of tactics that will help elevate the accessibility conversation in your organization too, potentially resulting in more support for accessibility from all levels of leadership.
